Southwest Insurance Brokerage is a multi-lines agency based in Lubbock, Texas. Jess Stephens founded the agency in 2007 with 10 years of experience as a commercial insurance agent. He was raised on a cotton farm just outside of Lamesa, Texas and graduated from Angelo State University in 2001.
